Privacy Policy

Last updated May 2026.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how DocketFlow handles information in connection with the platform and website (the “Service”). DocketFlow is built for the standards a law firm must meet, and privacy is central to how the Service is designed.

Information we collect

For this demonstration, the Service uses fictional sample data and does not collect real client information. In a production deployment, DocketFlow processes only the information your firm chooses to connect, together with basic account and usage data needed to operate the Service.

How we use information

Information is used solely to provide and improve the Service — to run the agents you direct, route documents to the correct matter, and maintain an audit trail. We do not sell your information or use client data to train third-party models.

Where your data lives

Your documents and files remain in your own systems — such as SharePoint, Clio, NetDocuments, or Box. DocketFlow connects to those systems with your authorization rather than taking custody of your client data.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and every agent action is logged and reviewable. See the Security statement for more detail.

Third parties

DocketFlow relies on a limited set of infrastructure and court-filing providers (for example, eFileMN / Tyler Technologies) strictly to deliver the Service. These providers are bound by their own data-protection obligations.

Your choices

Your firm controls which systems are connected and can disconnect them at any time. You may contact us to ask questions about the data associated with your account.

Contact
