Terms of Service
Last updated May 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the DocketFlow platform and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Demonstration environment
This Service is provided as a demonstration. All matters, clients, documents, and evidence shown are fictional and presented for illustrative purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created through its use. No documents are filed with any court during the demonstration.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by DocketFlow and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. DocketFlow is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocketFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
